Cancellation Policy
Client will have till at least 24 hour before appointment to reschedule or cancel to receive deposit back. Anyone who is more than 20 minutes late will forfeit deposit. No shows (without emergencies) will forfeit their deposit. Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
